Back again, what do ya know people are reading this. I was greeted this morning with a lovely message on my Facebook from a friend saying that they liked my page and was reading my blog. All day yesterday Chae was telling me that he was feeling nauseous throughout the last two days, I told him that it was his body getting used to eating three meals a day after skipping breakfast every morning and sometimes not even eating lunch. This morning Chae went to weigh himself and said that he had already lost 5kg in just two days, I can't really say if this is because of the nausea or because of the diet starting to work. We will see what happens in another two days, as far as I know Chae hasn't been feeling the nausea today although I must say this morning I was starting to feel a little nauseous although I think that was because of this mornings breakfast.

Well then, last nights dinner saw me cooking Meat Balls and Spaghetti Squash. Yet again, until I start getting used to cooking paleo meals I'm going to keep on failing at cooking some of these dishes. Unfortunately when cooking the butternut squash (butternut pumpkin) I think I had the oven on too hi so as I was scraping the pumpkin with a fork to make the spaghetti, it was turning more into a mash than strings of spaghetti.
I did feel however that the herbs onion and garlic should have been cooked into the sauce as there wasn't enough flavor as the sauce what just a plain tomato sauce base. The garlic I felt could have been split between the sauce and the meatballs as I felt that every time I took a bite into the meatballs I was taking a bite into a whole garlic clove.

On to breakfast, we decided to adjust the menu a little bit. This mornings breakfast was supposed to be the left over meatballs with Sauteed Spinach although we didn't have enough spinach left after day ones breakfast. We also had to swap out the lunch due to not having the required equipment to make the meal. Our replacement breakfast was actually tomorrows breakfast, Banana & Berry Smoothie.
The smoothie had Bananas, Blueberries and Raspberries, Coconut Milk, and Ice. It was nice to have something a little bit different for breakfast though I did seem to feel a little ill later that morning. I think I may have been the coconut milk and not being used to digesting such a thick smoothie in the morning, otherwise it was quite delicious.

As I said earlier we did have to replace our planned lunch with the leftover meatballs, the reason for this being was that the meal was the Slow-cooker Shredded Beef Tacos. Unfortunately last year we had to return our slow-cooker that we had bought because it decided to stop working after only using it about 6 times, instead of getting a new one which wasn't in stock at the time, we bought something else instead. In lieu this we have decided to cook this on the weekend after buying a new slow cooker throughout the week. We did instead take the left over meatballs to work with us instead, I had to eat mine cold as my work no longer has a microwave so it really wasn't as good s last night for me.
